A multi-national company was exploring entry into the “Working Women” marketplace and wanted to co-develop and test three business models with the help of real customers.
Our team designed a full-day design experience in which a dozen target customers were teamed up with internal corporate team members. Customers used interactive technology to provide detailed and honest feedback. They then worked side-by-side with the client team to refine and improve the different starter business models.
The client selected one of the three enhanced concepts and used it to target a partnership with a start-up company that would to accelerate product development.
