Our team will conduct fact finding with your core team to ensure that we have custom designed the training to your goals, team dynamics and needs.
We will also organize a core team and scheduling recurring planning team meetings.

Our team will customize a multi-part master class training experience that incorporates the specific training elements.
Our team will work with the event planners (your team or our contract team) to identify the event location, logistics and overall event experience.

Development

We build a custom training design and experience based on our strategic planning and research.
During the content development phase, we validate the training design, case study and desired outcomes with the sponsor/core team.
Briefing &
Missions
(1 Week Before Training
We design and host a virtual kick-off event to build momentum into the training with participants.
This is where our team will reveal a fun and engaging briefing and the pre-session “missions.” The missions are pre-work exercises that will connect participants to the case study, introduce their teams and build positive momentum into Day #1 of the live training.
