The Better Sleep Summit

A leading life science company wanted to explore sleep and wellness in the corporate setting.  We brought together 20+ leading experts from NASA to General Motors to Hyatt to advise and collaborate with the company in a creative design session.

The Challenge

A global life sciences company was seeking to deepen their understanding of corporate wellness and sleep while also building an ecosystem of cross-industry corporate partnerships.

The Approach

Starting with the recruitment of 20+ executive level participants, we custom-designed a Deliberate Think Tank called “The Better Sleep Summit”. Attendees came from a wide array of corporations, including: NASA, Hyatt, General Motors, Amazon, Fitbit, and SleepScore Lab. The multi-day event included discussion panels, design thinking exercises and interactive challenges/games.

The Outcome

The Think Tank was rated as one of “the best events” ever by over 90% of participants in the categories of learning, networking and value of time. The group produced several insight themes and concepts which are now being developed by the sponsor. They also developed a joint proceedings/white paper which is now being distributed to corporate health and wellness institutions.
